Kacee Bohle, Founder of AGRIMINDS®, is dedicated to helping agriculture professionals overcome burnout, find balance, and grow on their own terms. Raised on a 4th-generation Indiana farm and with over 15 years in the industry, she brings both firsthand insight and proven coaching strategies to the Summit. Her own journey of navigating burnout and rediscovering peace fuels her passion to create spaces where agriculture professionals can breathe, reset, and thrive. As facilitator, Kacee will guide attendees through the program, lead the speaker panel, and present her workshop, The 7 Steps to Solving a Problem, equipping participants with practical tools to face challenges with clarity and confidence. Her greatest hope for the Summit is that every attendee leaves not just inspired, but with the courage and tools to live and lead in alignment with what matters most.

Greg Kruger, Founder of Forgotten Truth Coaching, is a Leadership and Empowerment Coach with over a decade of experience serving military personnel, first responders, executives, entrepreneurs, and children. A former United States Marine, he’s committed to helping those on the front lines—whether in service or everyday life—build the tools to stay calm, confident, and in control. As a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Certified Breathwork Instructor, Greg blends neuroscience, physiology, and practical strategies to help clients access the truth he believes is at the core of all growth: you are the answer. At the Summit, Greg will lead an experiential session on stress management—teaching attendees how to reset their nervous system, release tension, and shift unhelpful thought patterns. Participants will walk away with tangible practices they can use in the moment—whether in the cab of a tractor, in the middle of a tough conversation, or at the end of a long day—to regain clarity, resilience, and peace.

Lauren Bondy is a transformational keynote speaker, retreat host, and community facilitator who helps people stop shrinking and start showing up—fully and unapologetically. Speaking to the heart of rural leaders facing burnout and self-doubt, she combines relatable storytelling with actionable steps to restore clarity, confidence, and purpose. Based in rural Missouri, Lauren balances life as a mom of three, agriculture teacher’s wife, and COO of a family-owned company serving Missouri schools. At the Summit, she will guide attendees to embrace their worth as the foundation for balance and growth—both personally and professionally.

Alex Lowery is an entrepreneur, brand strategist, and communications professional who leads several ventures rooted in rural life and small-town grit. She brings a powerful blend of practical strategy and honest storytelling in her 90-minute session designed for rural entrepreneurs, leaders, and change agents. Through guided exercises, attendees will learn how to regain control of their time, energy, and focus by building a productivity system rooted in clear priorities and realistic rhythms. In a raw conversation about burnout, boundaries, and the myth of balance, Alex shares her own journey of stepping away from hustle culture to create a life aligned with purpose, rest, and sustainability. This isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most. Participants will walk away with a framework they can actually use, the clarity to define success on their own terms, and the freedom to build a life that truly feels like theirs.
The AGRIMINDS® Summit is a refreshing, real-world gathering where agriculture professionals come together to grow—not just professionally, but personally.
You’ll experience conversations that go beyond the usual surface-level talks—focusing instead on what truly fuels your energy, strengthens your relationships, and equips you to lead with purpose.
Over two intentional days, you’ll engage in workshops, keynotes, and real conversations that will leave you with:
Clarity around what matters most in your work and life
Tools to set boundaries, protect your time, and prioritize your well-being
Connections that remind you you’re not alone in this journey
This isn’t just inspiration—it’s a turning point. You’ll leave with renewed direction and the confidence to move forward with intention.
